  The selection process is perplexing. Brought tagged, and unworn clothing from Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, and Levis and the woman wouldn't take them because the were "worn". The kicker came when she didn't take tagged Calvin Klein corduroy pants that me and a friend literally saw on a rack in the back. The EXACT same ones.

  I've found that the staff has horrible judgement as far as taking in clothes, pricing and quoting wait times. If they say 30 minutes to wait, count on it being over an hour.
