It used to be a 4 out of 5 mall, then a 1 or 2 out of 5 when everything closed, and it's been rehabilitating slowly ever since. Some decent stores; it has one of every type of store and a movie theater, basically. It's good if you know what you're looking for, but not for just strolling around and window shopping.
